Hi, my name is Chris Shrigley, and I am an Englishman abroad. I grew up in "The Biggest Village in England", also known as DERBY (pronounced DARBY). I had a strange up-bringing, full of circus animals, freaks and acrobats. Infact, I spent my early years travelling with a troop of sideshow freaks, when at the age of 10, my parents were killed in a bizarre tent-erecting accident. I was adopted by a travelling band of renegade, midget clowns. I adjusted quickly to my new life. They raised me as one of their own, even though I was already 6'5" tall. They persevered, and trained me in the all-but-lost and ancient, Swedish art of appearing small. To this day, I appear to look no more that 5'6" tall. All those painful memories are now long behind me, and I am almost completely recovered .. almost. I am a handsome 39 years old, I have a great Son named Zack, and I am married to my sweetheart, Alicia. Life is good. I currently live in sunny Southern California, in the suburbs, North of Los Angeles. I am a Computer / Video Games Programmer by day, and Web Monkey by night. I enjoy many things, but my passions are pies and cakes, singing Opera and Lounge, driving fast cars, and everything computers .. preferably all at the same time.
